Being from Huddersfield, I joined in 2006 when the practice was known as ‘Almondbury Chiropractic Centre’ and operated out of a small cottage, I built up a busy patient base and then took over in 2008. The growth continued and in 2019 we took on larger premises on Benomley Road. This gave me the opportunity to achieve my dream – a large, modern, luxury centre run by a dynamic team. Almondbury Spinal Health is a centre giving outstanding chiropractic and massage to families, delivered by a team of inspired, positive advocates. In providing Chiropractic Care, I am pleased to help improve the quality of life for people of all ages, in our local area.
A lifelong involvement in sport has given me a keen interest in helping people recover and rehabilitate from injury and to understand how important optimal body function is in sporting performance – I’m fascinated by the human body and its ability to adapt to the stresses of the environment. Having graudated from the WIOC (Welsh Institute of Chiropractic) in 2020, I focus on understanding and finely tuning biomechanics to prevent injury and improve function in day to day life, treating patients of all ages and helping them understand pain and dysfunction and how we can solve their problem.
Joined the practice in 2019. Keeps us very organised!
